  • HAS SHIPPING TIME BEEN AFFECTED?
    Current shipping states is set as (Normal). All shipments leaving our HQ are shipped within 48 hours. Our two partners Canadapost / FedEX are both on a regular scheduled pick up. Travels times my slightly be delayed, depending on location, demand and volume by our carriers.
  • WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
    All orders placed will be shipped from our warehouse in Brampton, Ontario Canada.
  • WHAT AE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?
    We currently offer FREE shipping across North Amercian on all orders over $50 CAD. All orders under $50 will automatically be calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices.
  • WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
    We currently ship across North Amrerica.
  • HOW LONG DOES MY SHIPMENT TAKE?
    - Within Ontario are 1 to 3 business days - Across Canada 2 to 7 business days - USA 5 to 7 business days
  • MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED?
    Please review the tracking with the carrier to confirm the package(s) was delivered. If your tracking indicates the shipment was delivered but is still not in your possession, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@jeffreylopes.com
  • PAYMENT OPTIONS?
    We currently accept all major forms of credit card via our partners Stripe / Paypal.
  • WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE CHARGED?
    Your payment will be processed on completion of checkout, with the payment option you have choosen during the checkout process.
  • I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY CHARGES?
    Please log into your account to view your order history, Please compare your order with your financial records, if you have any concerns or questions please contact our Customer Service Team at info@jeffreylopes.com Within 24 hours, one of our Customer Service staff will reply to your questions or concerns.
  • IF THERE WAS AN ERROR OR DAMAGE WITH MY SHIPMENT?
    If you noticed a item is missing, please check your shipping parcel to make sure you have not overviewed or missed anything. If you find a has been damaged or is factory defected, please take a photo of defect or damages during shipping. Please then contact our Customer Service Team info@jeffreylopes.com with your concerns, questions and any images related to the order.
  • DO WE COLLECT SALES TAX?
    All Sales Taxes will be calculated during checkout and be added where applicable.
  • CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Orders can be modified or cancelled prior to being shipped. Please contact or Customer Service Team at info@jeffreylopes.com, ASAP after order has been placed with requests.
